What I Did
I co-founded Niche Mates with a vision of building sustainable, long-term software businesses rather than chasing rapid growth at all costs. We focused on identifying underserved niches and building products that genuinely solve problems for those audiences.
Our portfolio grew to include several successful products: Swiftbrief (SEO content briefs), Maid of Speeches (wedding speech writing), Tube Transcripts (YouTube transcription), and Eulogy Generator (memorial speech assistance). Each product serves a specific audience with tailored solutions.
I led AI & automation discovery workshops with potential partners and clients, helping them understand how emerging technologies could transform their businesses. Many of these workshops evolved into ongoing partnerships and follow-up implementation projects.
